涉农高职院校培养绿色发展人才的路径探索

Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress points out that it is necessary to"promote green development","comprehensively promote rural revitalization",and empower rural revitalization with green development,which is an important driving force for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the demand to realize rural revitalization.At present,China's agricultural field is in a period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.In order to achieve high-quality green development of agriculture,we must pay attention to the cultivation of new agricultural productive forces,which can not be supported by talents.According to the research,agriculture-related vocational colleges should focus on cultivating the main body,define the training goal of green development talents according to the three-level goal system of talent training,and promote the cultural mechanism of green development,the teaching and research mechanism of green development and the management mechanism of green development.The"concept of green development"is rooted in teaching all the time.We are supposed to guide the teachers and students alike to focus on agriculture,care about agriculture,devote themselves to agriculture,realize the understanding and practice of the concept of green development through concrete practice,so as to cultivate high-quality agricultural talents with green development thinking,ability and governance level.关键词
