广西高校服务乡村人才振兴的思考
摘要
Abstract
The key to the revitalization of the rural areas lies in the revitalization of talents.As an important position of talent training,colleges and universities should give full play to their role and strive to provide talent support for solving the practical problems of rural talent development.At present,there are still some problems in the revitalization of rural talents,such as single talent structure,uneven quality and insufficient development of human resources,which hinder the development of rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory of talents,adjust and reshape the goal of talent training,cultivate diversified and compound talents for rural revitalization,and make full use of their own human resources,so as to provide high-quality and diversified talents for the development of rural areas,and contribute to the revitalization of rural talents.关键词
