乡村振兴背景下中药材生产技能人才培养的思考
摘要
Abstract
As a characteristic rural industry,the production of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is in increasing demand and plays a significant role in the development of the rural economy under the rural revitalization strategy.However,there is a notable shortage of skilled personnel in TCM production,particularly high-quality talent with practical operational and management abilities.This paper deeply analyzes and explores the current demand for TCM production skills talent under the rural revitalization strategy and the inadequacies of the current vocational education training model for TCM production skills in meeting industry development needs.To improve the training model for TCM production skills talent,this paper proposes measures such as strengthening ideological education,optimizing curriculum design,enhancing the professional teaching staff,promoting modern TCM production education.These measures aim to further refine the training model for TCM production skills talent,enhance students'practical operational abilities and employment competitiveness,and inject new vitality and momentum into the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the long-term development of the TCM industry.关键词
