摘要

Abstract

Tea is one of the three non-alcoholic beverages in the world,and tea drinkers are all over the world.The quality and safety of tea are widely concerned by consumers,and pesticide residues in tea are an important aspect of tea quality and safety.The pesticide residues in tea will not only harm the health of consumers,but also hinder the development of China's tea export economy.Detection of tea is an important means to control pesticide residues in tea.However,the traditional detection methods such as mass spectrum are complex,time-consuming,high cost,and unable to carry out on-site detection.Therefore,the research on rapid detection technology for pesticide residues in tea is of crucial sig-nificance.This article summarized the principles,characteristics,application status and development trends of rapid detection methods for pesticide residues in tea,aiming to provide reference for pesticide residue detection in tea production.
