闽东地区茶旅融合复合型人才培养路径探索
Exploration of the Training Path for Tea Tourism Integration and Composite Talents in the East Fujian Region

Abstract
Based on the attempt to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into the vocational skills competition of college students in Ningde Vocational and Technical College,the only higher vocational college in eastern Fujian,this paper explored the training mode of interdisciplinary innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tea,tourism and education,and discussed the cultivation of compound rural revitalization grassroots talents with the concept of cross-border in-tegration of tea and tourism from the aspects of team formation,training content and teaching staff.Through the training of talents in higher vocational colleges,we can serve the practice of rural revitalization education in order to promote the development of tea culture tourism industry in the eastern Fujian.关键词
