Models and key technologies for the Mother River Recovery Action
摘要
Abstract
To promote the ecological protection and management of key rivers,lakes,and reservoirs and accelerate the recovery of their ecological environments,the Ministry of Water Resources initiated the Mother River Recovery Action in 2022.An action plan was issued,and the Mother River Recovery Action List(2022-2025)was made public.This study systematically analyzes the issues,recovery objectives,key tasks and measures,and organization and accountability of the recovery actions for 88 mother rivers.It proposes a diagnostic framework for identifying problems,setting recovery goals,models of recovery actions,and a key technical system framework.These insights aim to provide references for promoting the Mother River Recovery Action in various regions.关键词
