张家港市再生水利用配置措施体系研究与启示
Research and enlightenment on the system of reclaimed water utilization allocation measures in Zhangjiagang City

Abstract
Addressing the issues of small allocation scale,limited utilization channels,heavy tasks of total water consumption reduction,and incomplete utilization policies in Zhangjiagang City,Jiangsu Province,this study constructs a system of reclaimed water utilization allocation measures.This system is built upon the current layout of sewage treatment plants and reclaimed water plants,as well as the current utilization status of reclaimed water,and includes both engineering and non-engineering measures.The study proposes a"3+N"layout for reclaimed water utilization characterized by"innovation in centralized allocation,distinctiveness in decentralized allocation,and guarantees in long-term mechanisms",providing a reference for the optimal allocation of water resources in Zhangjiagang City.The experiences and insights gained from this study can serve as a reference for the reclaimed water utilization efforts of other cities.关键词
