Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of an integrated pre-hospital and in-hospital emer-gency rescue combined with the stroke center model for patients with acute cerebral infarction during emergency treatment.Methods 111 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2022 to De-cember 2023 were selected as study subjects.All cerebral infarction patients were grouped according to coin toss method.The control group(55 cases):conventional emergency mode was used to carry out corresponding interven-tion;The study group(56 cases):Pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency rescue+the stroke center model was used to carry out corresponding intervention;The total effective rate,rescue success rate,rescue time,and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total ef-fective rate was better in the study group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the success rate of rescue was higher in the study group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the admission-CT report time,admission-emergency physician reception time,admission-artery implantation time,admission-venous thrombolysis time,and sheath-vascular recanalization time were shorter in the study group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of acute cerebral infarction was lower in the study group(P＜0.05).Conclusion During the emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,the effective application of integrated pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency rescue plus stroke center model can significantly improve the efficacy and rescue success rate of emergen-cy patients,significantly shorten the indexes of rescue time,and have obvious safety.关键词
