Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between aVR lead of the electrocardiogram(ECG),amino acid-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),peripheral blood monocyte/high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(MHR),and coronary artery disease in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarc-tion(NSTEMI).Methods 72 non-NSTEMI patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and grouped according to the number of coronary lesion branches, while 20 patients were included in the single-vessel lesion group,27 patients were included in the double-vessel lesion group, and 25 patients were included in the triple-vessel lesion group. We compared the differences between ECG AVR lead, blood NT-proBNP,MHR,and NSTEMI,and the correlation was analyzed. Results The blood NT-proBNP and MHR in the double-vessel lesion group and the triple-vessel lesion group were higher than those in the single-ves-sel lesion group, and the blood NT-proBNP and MHR in the triple-vessel lesion group were higher than those in the double-vessel lesion group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).QRS and ST segment depression were positively correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions in NSTEMI patients(P<0.05),while the number of ST segment depression leads and T wave inversion were not correlated with the number of coronary ar-tery lesions in NSTEMI patients(P>0.05).The blood NT-proBNP and MHR were positively correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions in NSTEMI pa-tients(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of QRS,ST segment depression,NT-proBNP,and MHR are positively correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions in NSTEMI patients.关键词
