阿托伐他汀联合尼莫地平对轻度脑小血管病性认知功能损害的疗效研究
The Clinical Efficacy and Impact of Atorvastatin Combined with Nimodipine on Mild Cognitive Impairment Caused by Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and impact of the ability to live inde-pendently of serving atorvastatin combined with nimodipine on cognitive function impairment in patients with mild cerebrovascular disease.Methods Selecting 80 patients with mild cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease admitted to Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University from June 2023 to December 2023,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group received atorvastatin combined with nimodipine treatment,while the control group received conventional treatment such as pressure and glucose control.The two groups were compared in terms of living ability indicators,disease efficacy,and cognitive function.Results After treatment,the living ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of the study group(97.50％)was higher than that of the control group(77.50％),and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P＜0.05);After treatment,the cognitive function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of atorvastatin and nimodipine was performed on patients with mild cognitive impairment caused by cerebrovascular disease.The results showed that atorvastatin combined with nimodipine treatment can improve their ability to live indicators,en-hance disease efficacy,improve cognitive function,and have higher safety.It is suitable for further clinical research and promotion.关键词
