Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pre-hospital emergency intervention in the first aid and nursing cooperation of patients with status epilepticus.Methods 100 patients with epileptic status in the First People's Hospital of Tianshui City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups(the pre-hospital emergency intervention group and the conventional pre-hospital emergency care group)with 50 cases in each group according to first aid and nursing coordination methods.The time spent on key nursing behaviors,du-ration of epilepsy,length of hospital stay,epilepsy control,successful rescue,complications during hospitalization,sleep status,sense of defect,self-esteem,and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Re-sults The vital signs judgment time,cardiopulmonary resuscitation time,tracheal intubation time,sputum aspira-tion time,oxygen inhalation time,vein opening time,epilepsy duration,and hospital stay time of patients in the pre-hospital emergency intervention group were all shorter than those in the conventional pre-hospital emergency care group.The seizure control rate and rescue success rate in the pre-hospital emergency intervention group were higher than those in the conventional pre-hospital emergency care group.The incidence of complications during hospitalization in the pre-hospital emergency intervention group was lower than that in the conventional pre-hos-pital emergency care group.The FIS score,SES score and quality of life score in the pre-hospital emergency inter-vention group were higher than that in the conventional pre-hospital emergency care group.The Berlin score and PSQI score in the pre-hospital emergency intervention group were lower than that in the conventional care group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency intervention has better effect than the conventional pre-hospi-tal emergency nursing in the first aid and nursing cooperation of patients with status epilepticus.关键词
