摘要
Abstract
According to statistics,the annual incidence of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in adults in our country is between 100/100,000 and 180/100,000.And most patients were diagnosed with such a disease during their first visit to the acute care department,while the condition was critical for most of them.The most commonly used treatment method for this disease is conservative drug treatment,and the combination of drugs is mainly used.Octreotide combined with omeprazole was commonly used combination,and the study on the treatment effect of the combination has become one of the hot topics in related research fields.This article introduced the etiology and characteristics of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,summarized the current treatment methods of emergency upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and analyzed the effect of combined treatment of octreotide and omeprazole in emergency upper gastrointestinal bleeding,so as to provide medication basis for conservative treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in emergency internal medicine.关键词
