摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plates and external fixation stents in the treatment of the fracture of traumatic limbs and their impacts of fracture healing.Methods 70 patients with trauma limb fracture from the orthopedic department of Fuqing Second Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group with random table method..The control group(35 cases)were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation surgery,and the research group(35 cas-es)were treated with external fixation stents based on the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent rate of Johner Wruhs score of the study group were higher than those of the control group.At the same time,the bone density,osteocalcin,and bone alkaline phosphatase levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group.X-ray callus score,postoperative adrenaline β-The levels of en-dorphins,cortisol,and pain index were lower in the control group than those in the control group,and the hospital stay and fracture healing time were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of locking compression plates and external fixation stents have good effect in the recovery of the traumatic limb fracture,which can accelerate the fracture healing process,improve bone conditions,reduce trauma stress,alleviate pain,enhance recovery outcomes,and offer higher practicality and safety.关键词
