糖尿病酮症酸中毒急诊救治方法的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the emergency treatment method and effect of diabetes ketoacidosis(D-KA).Methods From August 2021 to August 2023,68 patients with diabetes ketoacidosis were selected from Tong'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xiamen.According to the different treatment meth-ods,the patients were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34).The control group received routine treatment combined with insulin intravenous infusion for treatment,while the observation group received one-time intravenous pulse therapy on the basis of the control group's treatment.Results After emer-gency treatment,the various indicators of the observation group patients decreased more significantly than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical value(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06％,which was higher than that in the control group(73.53％),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).The time for blood ketone and urine ketone to turn negative and blood glucose to reach the stand-ard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of complications in the observation group was 2.94％,lower than that in the control group(14.71％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Emergency treatment can effec-tively treat diabetes ketoacidosis,can make blood sugar reach the standard,and can make blood ketone and urine ke-tone turn negative in a short time,with fewer complications.关键词
