Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and complications of standard large traumatic craniot-omy combined with mild hypothermia treatment on severe traumatic brain injury patients.Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received standard large traumatic craniotomy,and the study group received mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of the control group.The difference of efficacy,intracranial pressure,and postoperative complications between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).At different time points after treatment,both groups showed a downward trend in the level of ICP,while the ICP level in the study group decreased more than the ICP level in the control group decreased(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma with standard large traumatic craniotomy has a good effect,which alleviated intracranial pressure and reduced postoperative complications.关键词
