Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of dexmedetomidine intervention on emergence agitation in chil-dren undergoing adenoid surgery.Methods 60 children with adenoid surgery admitted to Huian County Hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the study group(30 cases,adenoid plasma resection+dex-medetomidine)and the control group(30 cases,adenoid plasma resection+conventional anesthesia intervention)by random number table method.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate,noninvasive mean arterial pressure,and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups(P＞0.05).The postoperative pain score,PAED score,and incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the analgesia score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Dexmedetomidine intervention in pediatric adenoid surgery can stabilize hemodynamics,improve analgesia and sedation effects,and reduce the risk of agitation during the recovery period.关键词
