Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods 80 cases of emergency acute gastroenteritis patients admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with omeprazole sodium enteric-covered tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets,and the control group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acido-philus tablets only.The quality-of-life index and symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared,and the efficacy and adverse reactions were followed up.Results After statistical analysis,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the time of vomiting,abdominal pain,fever,and di-arrhea of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the study group(97.50％)was higher than that of the control group(77.50％),and the total incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 1 case(2.50％)which was less than that of the control group(9 cases,22.50％).All of the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined intervention of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in patients with acute gastroenteritis can improve their quality-of-life index,improve efficacy,reduce adverse reactions,and have higher safety.关键词
