Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of preventive operation control management in prevent-ing hospital infectious diseases during disinfection and isolation work.Methods 200 outpatient and emergency patients from February 2020 to February 2023 at the Women and Children's Health Hospital of Shanglin County,Guangxi Province were retrospectively selected.According to the hospital's infectious disease prevention methods,they were divided into two groups:the preventive operation control management group and the routine management group,with 100 cases in each group.Results The prevalence rates of Chickenpox,hand-foot-and-mouth disease,influenza,diarrhea,whooping cough,scarlet fever,and mumps,and other acute infectious diseases in the preventive operation control management group were lower than those in the routine management group.The mastery of disin-fection and isolation management systems,establishment of a comprehensive monitoring and management system,management of the outpatient and emergency room environment,standardization of the disinfection and isolation of medical supplies,standardization of the nurse operation process,management of various tubes and disposable equip-ment,handling of medical waste,and emergency response to infectious disease outbreaks were higher in the preven-tive operation control management group than those in the routine management group.In the preventive operation control management group,the compliance of disinfection and isolation work was higher than that in the routine management group,and the satisfaction of disinfection and isolation work was higher than that in the routine man-agement group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of preventive operation control management in prevent-ing hospital infectious diseases during disinfection and isolation work is better than that of conventional disinfection and isolation management(routine management).关键词
