Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 100 patients with phlegm-stasis syndrome CHD who received treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly grouped for treatment.50 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the base of Western medicine.The therapeutic effect after treatment was analyzed.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total SF-36 quality of life score of the observation group was higher,and the total clinical ef-ficacy of the observation group was higher,while the comparison between the two groups was significant(P＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05),and there was no difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Con-clusion Coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can be relieved by Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
