Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Guizhi Poria Decoction on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic pelvic in-flammatory disease in Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,Xuefu Zhuyu Tang combined with Guizhi Fuling Tang plus or minus treatment group(combined treatment group)and the Guizhi Fuling Tang alone treatment group(single treatment group),with 50 cases in each group.The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The levels of lumbosa-cral swelling pain,lower abdominal pain,subband yellow,subband heavy,subband odor score,total symptom score,physical sign score,TNF-α,WBC,IL-6,1L-8,hs-CRP,and MDA in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group.The levels of IL-2,IL-10,SOD,and GSH-Px of the combined treatment group were higher than those of the single drug group.The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single drug group.The incidence of adverse reactions of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single drug group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combined with Guizhi Poring de-coction is more effective than Guizhi poring decoction alone in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.关键词
