摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]New-type industry think tanks for local branches of central state-owned enterprises are important components of China's distinctive new-type think tanks.They have significant respon-sibilities in serving local party and government decision-making,promoting industry development,and contrib-uting to the reform and development of central state-owned enterprises.As these think tanks emerge,they are expected to play an increasingly pivotal role in promoting high-quality development.Studying their develop-ment positioning and operational mechanisms,as well as summarizing practical experiences,is crucial for their advancement and for bolstering the construction of China's distinctive new-type think tanks.[Method/Process]Based on the triple identity of the new-type industry think tanks for local branches of central state-owned en-terprises,this paper analyzes the mutual empowerment and support mechanisms among the triple identities and the operational mechanisms and unique advantages for achieving high-quality integrated development.Building upon this analysis,the study focuses on the Economic and Technological Research Institute of State Grid Fujian Electric Power Company,a think tank in the energy and power industry embedded by the State Grid Corporation of China in Fujian Province,and summarizes and refines the institute's exploratory practices and main achievements in establishing new-type industry think tanks for local branches of central state-owned enterprises.[Result/Conclusion]Focusing on professional ability,personnel training,mechanism construction and ecological construction,the think tank construction at the Economic and Technological Research Institute of State Grid Fujian Electric Power Company has made significant progress,fully demonstrating the core value of serving local governance and leading industry development as"The grandeur of the nation,"with its experi-ences holding certain reference significance.关键词
