Research on the Quality Improvement Path of the Construction of New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics in New Development Stage

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]In the new development stage,enhancing the quality of the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of the decision-making system and process are critical for think tanks aiming to effectively support the construction of China's modernization path.[Method/Process]This article,grounded in the historical background of the construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics,analyzes the positioning of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteris-tics in the new phase,and analyzes the constraints preventing current think tank models from meeting contempo-rary demands.By focusing on five dimensions of clarifying the research attributes of think tanks,enhancing their research capabilities,enhancing their internal driving force,consolidating the strength of various think tanks,and stimulating the innovation vitality of think tanks,this paper outlines practical strategies to elevate the of think tank construction in China.[Result/Conclusion]The construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese character-istics requires:adhering to an innovation-oriented approach to enhance research capabilities;improving incentive mechanisms to boost internal motivation;upholding a cooperative philosophy to gather the collaborative strength of think tanks;and optimizing the evaluation system to stimulate the vitality of think tanks.关键词
