美国保守派智库涉台议题框架建构及中国对策
The Construction of the Framework of Taiwan-related Issues by American Conservative Think Tanks and China's Countermeasures:Based on Analysis by the Hudson Institute

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The Hudson Institute,as a typical conservative think tank in the United States,is an important institution that influences U.S.Taiwan-related policies.Analyzing and summarizing the Hudson Institute's framework of Taiwan-related issues would help Chinese think tanks to better judge and assess the direction of U.S.Taiwan-related policies.[Method/Process]This article uses more than 40 Taiwan-related re-search results published by the Hudson Institute as research samples,and summarizes the views and characteristics of the Hudson Institute's Taiwan-related issues by combining diagnostic,prognostic,and promotive frameworks.It is found that the strategy of"using Taiwan to control China"runs through the process of the Hudson Institute's fabrication of Taiwan issue to process of its speculation.[Result/Conclusion]The essence of the Hudson Insti-tute's framework on Taiwan-related issues is to implement the U.S.strategy toward China of"using Taiwan to control China"and to maintain American international hegemony.Think tanks on both sides of the Taiwan Strait should,while recognizing their essence,deepen their positive interactions with each other,enhance China's inter-national discourse power,and contribute to resisting the interference of American conservative think tanks in the normalization of Sino-U.S.relations and consolidating the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.关键词
