Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization process and the continuous development of urban construction,the renovation of old residential buildings has become an important issue of urban renewal.In practice,it faces many challenges,such as lagging design concept,insufficient application of technology,unreasonable spatial layout and lack of cultural inheritance.In view of these problems,this paper systematically discusses the innovative strategies of urban renewal and old residential building reconstruction design,and puts forward the schemes of introducing advanced design concepts,applying new materials and new technologies,optimizing the spatial layout function,and integrating community cultural and artistic elements.The implementation of these strategies is to improve the living quality of old houses,promote the sustainable development of cities,and finally achieve the goal of livable,smart and green modern city construction.关键词
