Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of microvascular decompression under neuroendoscopy in the treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm,and explore its influence on postoperative rehabilitation and recurrence.Method:A total of 80 patients with hemifacial spasm who admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional microvascular decompression,while the observation group was treated with microvascular decompression under neuroendoscopy,the surgical indicators,treatment effect,postoperative complications and recurrence between groups were compared.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of 1 year after operation were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional microvascular decompression and microvascular decompression under neuroendoscopy are all methods for the treatment of hemifacial spasm,while neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression is based on microvascular decompression and uses neuroendoscopy to assist observation and operation,which further improves the clarity of the surgical field,it is not only beneficial to shorten the operation time,but also reduce the risk of complications,thereby improving the surgical effect and postoperative rehabilitation speed,effectively shortening the hospital stay,and the recurrence rate of 1 year of follow-up is also significantly lower.关键词
