Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of functional exercise pathway table combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept on knee-joint range of motion,complication risk,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in postoperative patients with peripheral knee fracture surgery.Method:A total of 68 patients with peripheral knee fracture who underwent locking compression plate internal fixation in the Department of Orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into group A and group B according to random envelope method,with 34 patients in each group.Group A was given routine nursing intervention,group B was given functional exercise pathway table combined with ERAS concept nursing intervention on the basis of group A.Knee function[New York hospital for special surgery(HSS)],knee-joint range of motion(ROM),complication rate,quality of life[generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,HSS knee joint score,knee-joint ROM and GQOLI-74 scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was 2.94%,which was lower than 17.65%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of group B was 97.06%,which was higher than 79.41%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of functional exercise pathway table combined with ERAS concept can significantly improve the postoperative knee-joint range of motion,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with peripheral knee fracture.关键词
