Abstract
Objective:To analyze the self-perceived burden level and its related influencing factors in school-age children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Method:A total of 97 school-age children with NS admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)was used to assess the current status of the children's self-perceived burden.General information questionnaire,chronic illness children's resilience scale(CICRS)and family APGAR index(APGAR)were used to investigate.SPBS scores of NS children of school age with different characteristics were compared and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Result:The SPBS score of 97 school-age children with NS was(32.46±4.62)points,which was in the middle level.There were statistically significant differences in SPBS scores of school-age NS children with different family per capita monthly income,incidence frequency,psychological resilience and family care degree(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low family per capita monthly income,high incidence frequency,low psychological resilience and low family care degree were the influencing factors of self-perceived burden of school-age children with NS(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-perceived burden of school-age children with NS is at a medium level,low family per capita monthly income,high incidence frequency,low mental toughness and low family care degree are the influencing factors.In this regard,clinical nursing staff should actively carry out targeted psychological counseling for children,guide people to give more care and support,alleviate negative emotions of children,and improve the burden of self-feeling.关键词
