Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xinshenghua Granules combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction on uterine involution after cesarean section.Method:A total of 88 pregnant women with cesarean section treated in Yingshan County People's Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were equally divided into the normal group and the research group by the method of bicolor ball,with 44 cases in each group.During postoperative uterine involution,the normal group was treated with Xinshenghua Granules,and the research group was treated with Xinshenghua Granules combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction.The descending amplitude of uterine floor at different time periods,postoperative lochia,hemorheology indexes,blood routine indexes[white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),platelets(PLT)and hemoglobin(HGB)]and the effect of milk secretion function between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:At 1 d after surgery,there was no significant difference in the descending amplitude of uterine floor between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d and 7 d after surgery,the descending amplitude of uterine floorin the research group were higher than that in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of lochia in the research group was less than that in the normal group,and the duration of lochia and lochia blood in the research group were shorter than those in the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in hemorheology indexes and routine blood indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7 d after surgery,whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index in two groups were lower than those before surgery,and HGB was lower than that before surgery;in addition,whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity and red blood cell aggregation index in research group were lower than those in normal group,and HGB was higher than that in normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d after surgery,there were no significant differences in WBC,RBC and PLT indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The total excellent and good rate of milk secretion function in the research group was higher than that in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinshenghua Granules combined with Modified Shenghua Decoction has a potential clinical application prospect in uterine involution after cesarean section,which can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain and promote uterine involution.关键词
