Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with early breast cancer admitted to the Chongqing Youyang County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,while the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery.The rate of complete removal of cancer lesions,the rate of good and good breast appearance,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the rate of complete clearance between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of breast beauty in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery are effective in the treatment of early breast cancer.Breast conserving surgery can preserve the beauty of the breast and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is more in line with the needs of patients.关键词
