Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of early exercise guidance on hand function in patients after repair of acute neurovascular injury of hand tendon fracture.Method:Fifty-six patients with acute neurovascular injury of hand tendon fracture admitted to Shipai Hospital of Dongguan City from February 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received early exercise guidance intervention on the basis of routine treatment.The recovery effect of finger function,hand function[upper limb movement study scale(Carroll hand function assessment scale)]and finger motion(metacarpophalangeal joint flexion,proximal interphalangeal joint flexion,distal interphalangeal joint flexion,metacarpophalangeal joint dorsal extension)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,the functional recovery rate of fingers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the Carroll score was higher than that in the control group,and the degrees of metacarpophalangeal joint flexion,proximal interphalangeal joint flexion,distal interphalangeal joint flexion and metacarpophalangeal joint dorsal extension were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early exercise guidance can improve the active range of motion of hand,palmphalangeal joint and interphalangeal joint of patients after acute neurovascular injury of hand tendon fracture,and promote the recovery of finger function.关键词
