Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of spoon round needle sha therapy combined with meibomian gland massage in patients with meibomian gland dysfunctional(MGD)dry eye.Method:A total of 82 patients with MGD dry eye admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group was given spoon round needle sha therapy combined with meibomian gland massage on the basis of the reference group.The relevant indexes,meibomian gland function,ocular arterial hemodynamics before and after intervention and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the tear film rupture time(BUT)were increased and ocular surface disease index scale(OSDI)score were decreased in both groups,BUT in experiment group was higher than that in reference group,OSDI score was lower than that in reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the meibomian gland excretion ability,meibomian gland secretion traits and meibomian gland deletion degree scores of both groups were decreased,and the meibomian gland excretion ability,meibomian gland secretion traits and meibomian gland deletion degree scores of the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the peak systolic flow velocity(PSV),peak diastolic flow velocity(EDV)and average flow velocity(Vm)of ocular artery were increased in both groups,and PSV,EDV and Vm of experimental group were significantly higher than those of reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in test group(4.88%)was significantly lower than that in reference group(19.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spoon round needle sha therapy combined with meibomian gland massage can improve symptoms,improve meibomian gland function,improve hemodynamic index of eye artery and reduce adverse reactions of patients with MGD dry eye.关键词
