自拟温阳补土汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肩凝症的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Self-prepared Wenyang Butu Decoction on Shoulder Coagulation Syndrome of Spleen-kidney YANG Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To investigated the clinical effect of self-prepared Wenyang Butu Decoction on shoulder coagulation syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.Method:A total of 60 cases of shoulder coagulation syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type admitted to the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,30 cases in group.The control group was treated with guided functional exercise,local hot compress combined with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with self-prepared Wenyang Butu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The effects,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the degree of shoulder joint pain and shoulder joint function before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint function scale of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores of the two groups were increased,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-prepared Wenyang Butu Decoction is effective in treating shoulder coagulation syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,which can obviously improving the clinical symptoms,reducing the degree of shoulder joint pain and enhancing the shoulder joint function.关键词
