Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction addition and subtraction combined with western medicine treatment on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 85 patients with RA admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into ordinary acupuncture group(group F,n=42)and Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction group(group G,n=43).Group F was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with western medicine,group G was treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with western medicine.The clinical efficacy,relevant indexes and joint function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group G was higher than that of group F,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,rheumatoid factor(RF)and programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)levels were decreased in both groups,the VAS score,RF and PD-L1 levels in group G were lower than those in group F,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the morning stiffness time,joint swelling number and joint tenderness number of both groups were significantly decreased,the morning stiffness time,joint swelling number and joint tenderness number of group G were lower than those of group F,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively reduce patients'local pain,improve RF level and improve clinical treatment effect.关键词
