"老十针"穴位埋线治疗围绝经期失眠症的效果
Effect of"Old Ten Needles"Acupoint Catgut Embedding Treatment on Perimenopausal Insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of"old ten needles"acupoint catgut embedding treatment on perimenopausal insomnia patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal insomnia admitted to the Traditional Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(given Esazolam treatment)and observation group(given"old ten needles"acupoint catgut embedding treatment on the basis of the control group)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The total effective rate,sleep quality,clinical symptoms,estrogen and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the scores in all areas and total scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,Kupperman scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol(E2)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those before treatment,and E2 in observation group was higher than that in control group,LH and FSH were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:"Old ten needles"acupoint catgut embedding treatment of perimenopausal insomnia has significant effects,can significantly improve patients'sleep quality,reduce clinical symptoms,regulate hormone expression,and no serious adverse reactions,high safety.关键词
