Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of inferior vena cava filter placement combined with thrombolysis treatment on patients with ipsilateral lower limb deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture.Method:A total of 106 patients with ipsilateral lower limb deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture admitted to Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2022 was retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods for lower limb deep vein thrombosis,the patients were divided into observation group and routine group,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were given anticoagulant therapy,the routine group was given inferior vena cava filter placement,and the observation group was given thrombolysis treatment on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy,thrombus clearance rate,related factors before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,adverse reactions and filter removal rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The thrombus clearance rate in the observation group was 92.45%(49/53),which was significantly higher than 71.70%(38/53)in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2),endothelin-1(ET-1)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of LP-PLA2 and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The filter removal rate in observation group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than 79.25%(42/53)in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of inferior vena cava filter implantation combined with thrombolysis treatment in patients with ipsilateral lower limb deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture has significant clinical efficacy,which can improve the thrombus clearance rate,filter removal rate,reduce inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial factors,with good safety.关键词
