早期应用针灸联合表情肌锻炼治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of early application of acupuncture combined with expression muscle exercise in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy(IFP).Method:A total of 77 patients with IFP admitted to the 985th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from March 2016 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment,the control group was given acupuncture combined with expression muscle exercise 7 d after the onset of the disease,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with expression muscle exercise 5 d after the onset of the disease.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,facial nerve function,physical function and social life function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the House-Backmann score of the two groups increased,and the House-Backmann score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial disability index physical functions(FDIP)and facial disability index social(FDIP)in the two groups were increased,the scores of FDIP and FDIS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Early application of acupuncture combined with expression muscle exercise have significant clinical effect in the treatment of IFP,which can effectively improve the cure rate and total effective rate,and promote the rapid recovery of facial paralysis function in patients.关键词
