摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the application of Brain Time Stack image fusion technique in CT.Method:Fifty CT examination patients admitted to the NO.4 People's Hospital of Hengshui from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent CT examination and Brain Time Stack postprocessing.CT values,standard deviation(SD)and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)were compared in different parts of the four groups.The subjective quality scores of the four groups were compared.The correlation between CT value,SD,SNR and subjective image quality score was analyzed in different parts.Result:The CT values of medulla oblongata,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group B were significantly lower than those in group A.The CT values of medulla bulbar,ventricle,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group C were higher than those in group A.The CT values of medulla oblongata,gray matter of frontal lobe and temporal muscle in group D were significantly lower than those in group A,and the CT values of ventricle,white matter of frontal lobe and lateral cerebellum were significantly higher than those in group A.CT values of medulla oblongata,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group C were significantly higher than those in group B.The CT values of medulla oblongata,ventricle,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group D were significantly higher than those in group B.The CT values of medulla oblongata,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group D were significantly lower than those in group C.The ventricular CT value of group D was significantly higher than that of group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SD value of medulla oblongata,ventricle,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in groups B,C and D were significantly lower than those in group A;the SD values of medulla oblongata,ventricle,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group C were significantly higher than those in group B,the SD of frontal gray matter in group C was significantly lower than that in group B,the SD of medulla oblongata,ventricle,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and muscle in group D were significantly lower than those in group B and C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SNR of medulla oblongata,ventricle,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle of group B,C and D were significantly higher than those of group A,the SNR values of medulla oblongata,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in groups C and D were significantly higher than those in group B,the ventricular SNR of group C and D was significantly lower than that of group B,the SNR of medulla oblongata,ventricle,gray matter of frontal lobe,white matter of frontal lobe,medial cerebellum,lateral cerebellum and temporal muscle in group D was significantly higher than that in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Group D had the highest subjective image quality score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between medulla bulbar,ventricle,frontal gray matter,frontal white matter,medial cerebellar,lateral cerebellar and temporal muscle SD and subjective quality score,while there was a significant positive correlation between SNR and subjective quality score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain Time Stack image fusion technology is used to process the image of head CT scan,and the image data of arterial phase combined with the previous phase and the later phase have better quality and less noise after processing.
