Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of life nursing prepositioning touch combined with standardized hand touch in senile dementia patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with senile dementia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received life nursing prepositioning touch combined with standardized hand touch intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Agitated behavior,cognitive function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of Cohen-Mansfield agitation inventory(CMAI),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical non-aggressive behavior,physical aggressive behavior and verbal agitation behavior in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of recall power,memory,attention and calculation,orientation function,language function,material life,social function,psychological function and physical function in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Life nursing prepositioning touch combined with standardized hand touch intervention can effectively reduce the agitated behavior of senile dementia patients,significantly improve their cognitive function and improve their quality of life.关键词
