Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical intervention based on need theory in nursing of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Method:A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group was given hierarchical intervention based on the need theory.The intervention effect,quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life-100(WHOQOL-100)]and rebleeding rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The bleeding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the bleeding amount was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in WHOQOL-100 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,WHOQOL-100 scores in both groups were higher than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the rebleeding rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical intervention based on the need theory can reduce the bleeding time and amount,reduce the rate of rebleeding and improve the quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.关键词
