Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and nursing strategies of arteriovenous fistula(AVF)failure in uremia maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Method:Clinical data of 102 uremia MHD patients admitted to China Guihang Group 302 Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the incidence of AVF failure was analyzed.In addition,the general data of the patients were collected,and the factors affecting the incidence of AVF failure were analyzed by logistic regression.Result:Among the 102 uremia MHD patients,a total of 27 cases had AVF failure,with an incidence of 26.47%(27/102).Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the incidence of AVF failure among uremia MHD patients with different gender,body mass index and anastomotic style(P>0.05).The incidence of AVF failure in uremia MHD patients with different age,diabetes,hypertension,puncture point compression time,hemoglobin(Hb),hypercoagulability,and forearm arterial venous had statistical significance(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that age>60 years old,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,puncture point compression time≥30 min,Hb<90 g/L,hypercoagulability,forearm arteriovenous diameter<2 mm were independent risk factors for AVF failure in uremia MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of AVF failure in uremia MHD patients is higher.Age>60 years old,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,puncture point compression time≥30 min,Hb<90 g/L,hypercoagulability,and forearm arteriovenous diameter<2 mm are independent risk factors for AVF failure in uremia MHD patients.In order to reduce AVF failure as much as possible,it is necessary to take individualized nursing countermeasures according to the above high risk factors.关键词
