Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Fang's head acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological treatment instrument on post-stroke depression patients.Method:Fifty-two patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Tongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological therapy instrument,and the observation group was treated with Fang's head acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,related indexes,depression condition,neurological function,cognitive function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),peripheral blood platelet pressure(PCT),platelet count(PLT)count and white blood cell(WBC)count in both groups were decreased,and the levels of hs-CRP,PCT,PLT count and WBC count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale(SSS)were decreased in both groups,while the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)were increased,HAMD and SSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and MoCA score was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fang's head acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic encephalopathy physiological therapy instrument has better efficacy in the treatment of post-stroke depression patients than that of simple instrument treatment,and can improve platelet aggregation,reduce inflammatory factors,alleviate depression mood,improve neurological and cognitive functions,with good safety.关键词
