摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic residual preserving reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury.Method:A total of 70 patients with ACL injury admitted to Hezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group underwent arthroscopic residual not preserving reconstruction, and the observation group underwent arthroscopic residual preserving reconstruction. The knee function score, the results of passive angle regeneration test, the passive activity detection threshold and the incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Lysholm score,International Knee Documentation Committee subjective knee form(IKDC)score, passive angle regeneration test and passive activity detection threshold between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,IKDC score, passive angle regeneration test and passive activity detection threshold were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic residual preserving reconstruction can promote the reconstruction of blood vessel and nerve function of knee joint in patients with ACL injury, improve the function and passive activity of knee joint, and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
