摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application of early individualized enteral nutrition(EN)in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to the General Surgery Department of Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given early individualization EN and the control group was given parenteral nutritional(PN)support.Nutritional indexes,intestinal recovery indexes 1 d before surgery and 7 d after surgery,and immune function 1 d before surgery,1 d after surgery,and 7 d after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 d of surgery,the levels of prealbumin and transferrin in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time of experimental group was earlier than that of control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of surgery,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing early individualization EN after gastrointestinal surgery based on individual circumstances can promote rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,thereby improving the nutritional status and immune function of patients.
