神经内镜在三叉神经痛微血管减压术中的应用进展
Application Progress of Neuroendoscopy in Microvascular Decompression of Trigeminal Neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia(TN)is a common functional neurosurgical disorder characterized by sudden sharp pain in the facial area dominated by one or more branches,with paroxysmal and lightning like attacks.The pathogenesis is not yet fully understood,and the widely recognized pathogenesis is the vascular compression theory.The commonly used treatment options are drug therapy and surgical treatment,among which surgery includes radiofrequency ablation,microvascular decompression(MVD),balloon compression,glycerol injection trigeminal ganglion surgery,etc.For patients with good basic conditions and proven indications,MVD is often the preferred treatment.In recent years,the rapid development of neuroendoscopic technology has made its application in the treatment of primary TN increasingly widespread.This article reviews the application progress of neuroendoscopy in TN MVD,providing reference for the selection of treatment plans for patients in the future.关键词
