自拟栀豉温胆汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的效果
Effect of Self-made Zhichi Wendan Decoction Combined with Rabeprazole in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of self-made Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Method:A total of 80 RE patients who admitted to Liangzhou Hospital in Wuwei City from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected,they were divided into group A(n=40)and group B(n=40)according to the random number table method.Group B was given Rabeprazole,group A was given self-made Zhichi Wendan Decoction on the basis of group B.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,esophageal endoscopy examination score,esophageal reflux condition,serum index before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and endoscopic efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups were decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of group A was lower than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of group A was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of esophageal endoscopy examination in two groups were decreased,and the score of esophageal endoscopy examination in group A was lower than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of endoscopy in group A was 95.00%,which was higher than 67.50%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH<4 reflux times,>5 min reflux times,pH<4 time and pH<4 time percentage of two groups were decreased,and the pH<4 reflux times,>5 min reflux times,pH<4 time and pH<4 time percentage of group A were lower than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-17(IL-17)levels in two groups were decreased,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)levels were increased,the IL-17 level in group A was lower than those in group B,the MTL and GAS levels were higher than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Zhichi Wendan Decoction combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of RE can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory response,improve esophageal reflux condition.关键词
