摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with acupuncture the dorsal segment of the Du channel in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with sleep disorders.Method:A total of 90 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and sleep disorders who admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from May 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to systematic randomization method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given Flupentixol and Melitracen,and the observation group was given Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with acupuncture the dorsal segment of the Du channel.The depressive mood,sleep index,sleep quality,fatigue degree and serum index of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the SDS score and HAMD score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the sleep times of two groups were longer than those before treatment,the sleep latency and awakening times were shorter than those before treatment,and the sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the sleep latency and awakening time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and brief fatigue inventory(BFI)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PSQI score and BFI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of NE and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with acupuncture on the dorsal segment of the Du channel can improve depression,sleep quality and fatigue degree.关键词
