心可舒片联合度洛西汀对老年抑郁症患者的影响
Effect of Xinkeshu Tablets Combined with Duloxetine on Elderly Patients with Depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Duloxetine on elderly patients with depression.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with depression who received treatment in Affiliated Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Duloxetine,and the observation group was treated with Xinkeshu Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and oxidative stress[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(HT),dopamine(DA)]and blood lipids[high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglycerides(TG)]were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the inflammatory factors,oxidative stress,neurotransmitters and blood lipid levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MDA in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of SOD,5-HT and DA were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of SOD,5-HT and DA were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG and LDL-C in the control group were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinkeshu Tablets combined with Duloxetine can improve clinical efficacy of elderly patients with depression,reduce the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response,regulate the level of neurotransmitters,and have little effect on the level of blood lipids.关键词
