Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Leizumab combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in the treatment of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)bleeding.Method:A total of 258 patients with PDR bleeding who admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Jianli People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,129 cases in each group.The control group was given Leizumab,and the experimental group was given Lecithin Iodine Tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,self-conscious symptoms,visual acuity recovery condition,macular thickness,related factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of eye dryness,eye foreign body sensation,eye burning sensation and eyelid swelling in two groups were decreased,the scores of eye dryness,eye foreign body sensation,eye burning sensation and eyelid swelling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness in two groups were decreased,and the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness in the experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICM-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were decreased,and the levels of VEGF,ICAM-1 and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(字2=0.416,P=0.519).Conclusion:In the treatment of PDR bleeding patients,the application of Leizumab and Lecithin Iodine Tablets is effective,which can help to alleviate the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of vision and reduce inflammatory reaction.关键词
