摘要
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a clinical common disease,chronic diseases,the pathogenesis is an allergic reaction mediated by immunoglobulin E(IgE)after inhalation of allergens and involving T helper 2 cell(Th2)cells.Western medicine treatment effect is relatively limited,side effect is bigger,and easy to relapse,acupuncture treatment of AR has a rapid onset,fewer side effects,and a significant effect.Therefore,we searched the relevant literatures on acupuncture treatment of AR on the platforms of China Biomedical Literature Service System,CNKI and PubMed,selected high-quality literatures published in core journals with large sample data in the past ten years,and divided them into traditional acupuncture therapy and modern acupuncture therapy according to the time of invention and application,it is concluded that acupuncture has a significant effect on AR,and has obvious advantages in relieving symptoms and signs,improving quality of life and improving immunity,so as to provide ideas for clinical and scientific researchers.关键词
