摘要
Abstract
Using multi-physics simulation software COMSOL to simulate the solidification process of slab continuous casting in the width direction under the condition of non-uniform cooling.By taking the target surface temperature of each cooling zone as the constraint condition into the Fourier heat transfer differential equation,can calculate reversely the heat transfer coefficient of each cooling zone on the middle line of the slab inner arc surface.Based on the experimental data of nozzle spray distribution and nozzle arrangement in the secondary cooling zone,the heat transfer boundary conditions are extended along the slab width direction,and the 3D temperature field of the strand from MD meniscus to the exit of the last segment was calculated.This method can simulate the different two-phase region in the neutral layer section with different slab widths under the same cooling conditions and can clearly reflect the influence of nozzle layout on the slab surface temperature and solidification end point,thereby provide powerful data support for the design of reduction strategy at solidification end and nozzle arrangement in production.关键词
